Returns and Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Appliances must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. We do not issue refunds for:

• Used, damaged, or missing items or packaging.
• Items that have been decorated, engraved, or otherwise modified from their original form.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item. Return shipping costs will be covered if the return is due to our error. Otherwise, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds usually process within 2 weeks of our receiving your returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.

Product Warranties

All new appliances and products sold through our website include a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is provided by the original manufacturer, not by Edgestar®.

To qualify for warranty coverage, appliances must be registered directly with the manufacturer within 90 days of purchase. Complete warranty details, including coverage scope, exclusions, and claim submission instructions, will be provided at registration.

Repair service for warranty claims must be performed by approved technicians. Unauthorized repairs will void the warranty. Normal wear and tear, commercial/industrial usage, and improper use or maintenance are not covered under our product warranties.
